Bank of America, Blackstone, Citigroup, and Morgan Stanley are collaborating with Broadcom to establish a $63 billion AI financing project to support the development of AI computing power. Broadcom will provide residual value guarantees for the first lien debt of this special purpose entity (SPV). Starting from 2027, Broadcom will provide XPU AI accelerator leasing services to Anthropic through this SPV.
