The research team at Goldman Sachs has issued a report, observing that while NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang's keynote address at the GTC Berlin Conference did not produce an immediate effect on NVIDIA's stock price, its central theme reinforced the belief that AI deployment will maintain a steady trajectory of advancement in the near-term future. The report emphasized three crucial aspects: firstly, various segments within NVIDIA's supply chain are experiencing a notable surge in production, with the imminent shipment of larger-scale GPUs; secondly, the DSX POD technology streamlines the data center deployment process, cutting the cycle from several months down to a mere two weeks; thirdly, revenue from tangible AI applications surged to $11 billion in the first half of fiscal year 2027, surpassing the total revenue for the entire year of 2026 by approximately 30%, signaling a substantial shift towards revenue diversification. Goldman Sachs continues to recommend a Buy rating for NVIDIA, setting a 12-month price target of $300. The firm anticipates NVIDIA's revenue to hit $412.7 billion in fiscal year 2027, with earnings per share projected at $9.40; revenue is further expected to climb to $718.3 billion in fiscal year 2028, accompanied by earnings per share of $16.70.
