Data from the Tianyancha App reveals that Huizhou Guanfu Embodied Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. has been newly established, with Hao Baoyu serving as its legal representative and a registered capital of 20 million yuan. The scope of the company's business encompasses the development of artificial intelligence application software, R&D of intelligent robots, creation of foundational AI software, along with data processing and storage support services. According to shareholder details, the company is entirely owned by Shenzhen Tongzai Embodied Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., which is, in turn, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong-listed entity, Shenzhen UBTECH Robotics Corp.
