Sachin Katti, OpenAI's head of infrastructure, announced on Wednesday that he will step down after approximately one year in the role. Katti stated on LinkedIn that he has decided to move forward and create something new, and will continue to support OpenAI as an advisor after his departure on November 15. A company spokesperson said that Uday Rudraraju, who has been serving as OpenAI's Chief Technology Officer for Computing Power, will succeed Katti and lead the company's overall computing power organization.
