On October 13, the management backend of Tencent WorkBuddy Enterprise Edition unveiled a new module, the "Observability Center," and commenced its public beta phase. This module boasts three key functions: real-time observability, conversation tracking, and detailed trajectory analysis. It facilitates the identification of issues at a macro level and the pinpointing of root causes at a micro level, thereby establishing a closed-loop optimization process.
