Investors report that Zhiyuan Chuangxin, a prominent unicorn in the embodied artificial intelligence industry, has recently initiated a fresh round of funding. The scale of this financing endeavor is estimated to range between 1 billion and 1.5 billion yuan. As this funding round approaches its conclusion, the company's valuation has soared to an impressive 50 billion yuan.

Previously, in July 2026, Zhiyuan Chuangxin disclosed its intentions to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Some investors anticipated the listing to occur as early as August, with an expected valuation ranging from 40 to 50 billion Hong Kong dollars. However, according to the regulations set forth by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), if a company applying for listing secures new financing after submitting its application but prior to its public debut, it must observe a 120-day waiting period following the completion of the financing before it can commence trading. This requirement holds unless the company is granted a special exemption.

Consequently, certain investors are of the opinion that this new round of financing will hinder Zhiyuan Chuangxin's ability to finalize its IPO within this year. In response to inquiries regarding the new funding, the company's valuation, and the progress of its IPO, officials from Zhiyuan Chuangxin have yet to provide a response.
