Navitas Semiconductor has forged a partnership with NVIDIA to co-introduce a 24kW, 800V-to-12V DC-DC power supply board. This innovative board is specifically crafted to bolster the NVIDIA MGX ecosystem and to streamline the shift of AI data centers towards an 800V DC power framework. This product is set to make its debut at the 2026 OCP Global Summit, adding another feather to Navitas Semiconductor's cap by expanding its 800V DC platform product range tailored for AI data centers. This strategic move signifies a pivotal moment in Navitas' evolution towards Navitas 2.0, with the ambitious goal of supplanting conventional silicon-based solutions in AI infrastructure with cutting-edge gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC) high-power technologies. The power supply board boasts an impressive efficiency rate of up to 97% under full load conditions, coupled with a power density that surpasses 2000W/in³. It seamlessly conforms to NVIDIA's latest form factor guidelines, ensuring seamless integration with xPUs and significantly curtailing power supply losses. Its single-stage architecture obviates the need for intermediate conversion stages, thereby not only curbing power consumption and conserving space but also streamlining the power supply system while boosting overall efficiency and reliability.
