The 20,000th general-purpose embodied intelligent robot from Zhiyuan, known as the Expedition A3 Ultra, made its debut as it rolled off the production line at Hengqin Chimelong Spaceship Land and was subsequently delivered to the Chimelong Group. On this significant day, the world's inaugural large-scale embodied intelligent theme park, a collaborative venture between Zhiyuan and Chimelong Group, also commenced operations.

More than 300 Zhiyuan robots of various models will now be regularly employed within the park, catering to a wide range of functions including visitor interaction, guided tours, performances, and science education. This milestone delivery signifies Zhiyuan's transition into the phase of mass production, large-scale deployment, and routine operation of its embodied intelligent products. It marks a significant stride in integrating general-purpose embodied intelligent robots into cultural and tourism public spaces characterized by high foot traffic, extensive interaction, and open accessibility.

The Expedition A3 Ultra is outfitted with an array of cutting-edge systems and a high-performance computing platform. Its body is constructed from hybrid materials and incorporates an omnidirectional tactile dexterous hand boasting 20 degrees of freedom, enabling it to execute tasks such as delivery and transportation with precision.

Zhiyuan has unveiled its mass production roadmap, commencing with six prototype models in 2023 and aiming to exceed 10,000 units in production by March 2026. Remarkably, the company achieved a production capacity surge from 10,000 to 20,000 units in a mere six months.

On the same auspicious day, the Joint Research Institute for Embodied Intelligent Cultural Tourism, a collaborative initiative between Zhiyuan and Chimelong Group, was officially inaugurated. The institute will embark on joint research endeavors in areas such as humanoid robot scenario adaptation and algorithm iteration, further propelling the advancement of embodied intelligent technology in the cultural and tourism sectors.
