Jev focuses on judgment tasks without generating content. Its outputs are free, while inputs cost $0.042 per million Tokens. Some developers have combined Jev with GPT-6 Astra, successfully killing the Ender Dragon in Minecraft in just 8 minutes and 43 seconds at a cost of $0.97. In this combination, Astra handles high-level planning, while Jev is responsible for action selection and executing code, with planning and actions running asynchronously. After Jev's release, it sparked heated discussions in Silicon Valley's geek circles, with developers using it to achieve various functions such as fast-responding voice assistants, automatically filling out job application forms, and quickly searching for flights. Vercel evaluated it as the fastest-adopted model in the history of AI Gateway.
