In response to the growing demands for agent-based applications and long-sequence data processing, Huawei has engineered a sophisticated multi-layer KV (Key-Value) cache architecture. The centerpiece of this innovation is the OceanStor M900, an L3.5 layer KV cache cluster capable of handling petabyte-scale data. It supports a 'one-hop direct connection' feature, made possible by the Lingqu UnifiedBus technology, ensuring seamless and efficient data access.

Moreover, the OceanStor M900 incorporates a hybrid media system alongside an optimized Retention algorithm. This combination significantly extends the read/write lifespan of SSDs by up to 16 times, while also guaranteeing exceptional long-term stability and reliability in KV cache hit rates.
