Recently, Yuntong Shuda, a smart transportation enterprise powered by AI technology, declared the successful completion of its Series B financing round, amassing 400 million yuan. This round of financing drew the participation of three new investors: Wenzhou Bay Investment, Jinchang Investment, and Haina Huiju. Meanwhile, existing investors, including Daily Interactive and Huadan Capital, also opted to further increase their stakes.

The capital raised will be predominantly allocated to the iterative enhancement of products such as Digital Green Wave and Integrated Vehicle-Road-Cloud Systems. It will also fuel the advancement of practical applications in AI traffic signal control scenarios, expedite technological progress, and drive overseas market expansion. Presently, the Digital Green Wave solution has been deployed in nearly 40 urban regions across China, encompassing approximately 900 green wave roads. Furthermore, the company is actively seeking market opportunities in countries along the “Belt and Road” initiative.
