Yibin hosted the 'Jiangyuan Cup' 2026 Embodied AI Scene Skills Challenge, where 55 robot teams brought real machines to participate in evaluations within authentic production line scenarios. The event combined competition with recruitment functions, allowing participating projects to directly connect with industrial needs on-site, securing orders or opportunities for implementation. Addressing the three-tier structural gap in the industry—from technology to implementation—the event featured four major tracks, with challenges derived from real production line pain points of local enterprises. Leveraging a decade of industrial accumulation, Yibin applied proven methodologies from fields such as power batteries to the embodied AI sector, gathering key elements like scenarios, capital, data, and talent. Through the Southwest Embodied AI Training Center, it formed a closed-loop data feedback system to build an industrial ecosystem. This event provided a replicable implementation model for the embodied AI industry, with Yibin planning to cultivate multiple related enterprises by 2028, driving a ten-billion-yuan output value and expanding robot applications from power battery production lines to broader scenarios.
