According to sources familiar with the matter, Salesforce is engaged in preliminary acquisition discussions with Listen Labs, an AI customer research platform, with the deal valued at approximately $2 billion. Listen Labs had previously signed a term sheet for a $125 million Series C funding round but ultimately abandoned it. If the acquisition is successful, it would underscore Salesforce's strategic intent to expand its enterprise artificial intelligence product portfolio. Currently, negotiations are still ongoing.
