Insilico Medicine's investigational drug candidate Rentosertib has completed enrollment and dosing of the first patient in the Phase III clinical trial GENESIS-IPF-3 for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) at Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital. The 52-week trial, designed as a prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study, plans to recruit 320 participants across 47 clinical centers in China to evaluate the efficacy and safety of once-daily Rentosertib.
