HUMAIN, a company operating under Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, has joined forces with AMD and Cisco to declare that their joint venture will commence the deployment of an AI infrastructure boasting a capacity of up to 250 megawatts in Saudi Arabia beginning in 2027. This endeavor will harness the power of AMD Instinct MI400 series GPUs. Furthermore, the joint venture has ambitious plans to expand the AI infrastructure's capacity to up to 1 gigawatt by 2030. Notably, the initial phase of computing power, which is based on AMD Instinct MI355X GPUs, is already up and running, seamlessly covering the entire AI workflow, from model training to the inference stage.
