On August 31st, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice to roll out a targeted program aimed at nurturing artificial intelligence application service providers. The notice advocates for service providers to forge connections with national computing power network hub nodes, computing power interconnection nodes, and the China Computing Power Platform. It encourages the use of policy instruments such as 'computing vouchers' to bring down computing costs. Simultaneously, the initiative seeks to refine intelligent programming tools and elevate software supply capabilities. By capitalizing on the achievements of programs like 'Model-Data Resonance' and 'Industrial Data Foundation,' it will facilitate API access or offer trial opportunities to service providers. Universities and vocational colleges are urged to set up training bases in partnership with service providers to nurture multifaceted application talents. Furthermore, service providers are motivated to assemble frontline deployment engineer teams to guarantee the seamless execution of scenarios.
