The objective is to construct a repository of service providers and bolster their proficiency in technological innovation, integrated service delivery, and adherence to safety standards. This program encompasses the establishment of 'Artificial Intelligence Application Service Teams' to devise comprehensive solutions, leveraging innovative platforms to foster the 'specialized, refined, unique, and innovative' growth of service providers, supporting them in overcoming critical technological hurdles, promoting the enhancement of integrated application capabilities for foundational software and hardware, swiftly sharing safety risk intelligence, and guiding service providers to integrate safety compliance requirements throughout the entire lifecycle of research and development, deployment, and utilization.
