Anthropic, the developer of the AI model Claude, plans to release its IPO prospectus after the U.S. Labor Day and hold an investor day event in mid-September. The IPO is expected to take place in late September or early October, with a target valuation ranging from USD 1.5 trillion to USD 2 trillion. The expected fundraising amount is projected to exceed USD 86 billion. By 2028, its operating revenue is anticipated to reach USD 190 billion to USD 200 billion. The company has designed a special stock sale structure that allows existing shareholders to sell shares directly and is considering setting a lock-up period of over 180 days for some shareholders. Additionally, Anthropic recently signed a six-year, USD 45 billion agreement to lease AI computing power from Nscale to support its computational expansion.
