Today, the first-ever National Conference on Magnetic Resonance Brain-Computer Interfaces convened in Tianjin. At this significant event, United Imaging and Tianjin University jointly introduced uMR Shenguan, marking the debut of the world's first comprehensive full-stack solution for magnetic resonance brain-computer interfaces. In tandem with this milestone, the two institutions also established the Magnetic Resonance Brain-Computer Interface Innovation Alliance.

Yuan Jianmin, Director of the Magnetic Resonance Business Unit and Joint Innovation Department at United Imaging, highlighted that uMR Shenguan establishes a fully integrated closed-loop system encompassing "imaging, simulation, regulation, evaluation, and algorithm iteration." This advancement elevates magnetic resonance technology beyond its traditional role as an imaging tool, transforming it into a central hub for brain-computer interaction.

Fan Qiuyun, Associate Dean of the School of Medicine at Tianjin University, emphasized that the Innovation Alliance is dedicated to optimizing the entire workflow of "acquisition, decoding, regulation, and evaluation." By doing so, it aims to position China at the forefront of this strategic and cutting-edge field on the global stage.
