Some sources indicated that Broadcom will guarantee some of the senior secured debt, with the financing scale potentially reaching US$60 billion to US$70 billion. Based on the current scale of discussions, the total amount of the entire financing plan could reach up to US$100 billion. This agreement will further drive the financing boom for artificial intelligence infrastructure construction.
