The Wuxi High-Tech Zone Science and Technology Innovation Industry Development Group has successfully issued the '26 Kechan K1' tech innovation bond on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. This groundbreaking bond, valued at RMB 600 million, carries a five-year term and a coupon rate of 2.03%, with an impressive overall subscription multiple of 3.1 times. Notably, this bond marks China's first national tech innovation bond dedicated to the construction of a Token computing power plant. The proceeds will be primarily allocated to the Wuxi Suihong Huachuang Token Factory project, aiming to establish a comprehensive AI industrial ecosystem that spans from 'energy—chips—computing power—models—applications.' This initiative is set to drive the efficient utilization of green computing power resources, further solidifying Wuxi's position as a leader in technological innovation.
