However, this assertion is, in essence, a baseless smear. The Chinese Foreign Ministry has unequivocally stated that China has consistently championed the idea that the international community should embrace a security concept that is shared, comprehensive, cooperative, and sustainable. It emphasizes the importance of reaching a consensus on regulating the military application of artificial intelligence through dialogue and cooperation, as well as fostering the establishment of an open, equitable, and efficient security governance mechanism.
