The computational power infrastructure has been reinforced, marked by the official launch of China's first fully domestically-produced AI supercomputing cluster, which boasts 100,000 cards. By the end of June, the national intelligent computing capacity had expanded to 2.8 times that of the same period in the previous year. Model capabilities have witnessed substantial enhancements, with domestic enterprises unveiling numerous open-source large-scale models boasting trillion-level parameters, collectively surpassing 10 billion downloads worldwide. Compatibility between domestic models and computing power chips is rapidly improving. The circulation of key elements is thriving, with the establishment of over 120,000 high-quality datasets, fostering a positive feedback loop among computing power, models, and data. Artificial intelligence has emerged as a pivotal force driving economic growth, with related industries sustaining a high growth rate exceeding 30%.
