This strategic blueprint aims to accelerate the application and enhancement of next-generation information technology sectors, with a particular emphasis on three pivotal domains: integrated circuits, intelligent IoT, and high-end software. The objective is to foster a profound integration between AI and IT industries. In the realm of integrated circuits, the plan underscores the importance of achieving breakthroughs in intelligent EDA (Electronic Design Automation) capabilities. This will pave the way for the practical implementation of cutting-edge scenarios, such as computational lithography and AI-assisted defect detection. Turning to the intelligent IoT sector, the focus lies in the seamless integration of intelligent sensors with edge AI.
