On July 23, during the DeepSeek investor exchange event, founder Liang Wenfeng offered his insights into the evolution of China's domestic AI computing power sector and its ecosystem. He posited that a historic opportunity is emerging for the substitution of domestic AI chips, characterized by flawless hardware and ecosystem integration. Liang Wenfeng emphasized that NVIDIA is powerless to impede this trend, with the main obstacle currently being the insufficient production capacity. He foresees that within the next year, the market's perception of domestic chips as "unfriendly to users" will undergo a transformation.

Liang Wenfeng also highlighted the diminishing dominance of NVIDIA's CUDA ecosystem, noting that industry shifts and export restrictions are paving the way for growth opportunities for domestic AI chips. Furthermore, he disclosed that DeepSeek has entered into a collaboration with Huawei, securing 16,000 950 cards to propel ecosystem development. He underscored that Huawei's 950 super nodes can completely supplant NVIDIA's GB200 and GB300 in terms of both performance and cost-effectiveness. Liang Wenfeng remains bullish on the future trajectory of the domestic computing power industry.
