On July 23, reports surfaced that the Special Conference on Advancing the Implementation of the National Standard Series for 'Artificial Intelligence - Interconnection of Intelligent Agents' had convened at the Beijing Zhongguancun Exhibition Center. During this significant gathering, seven foundational national standards, including GB/Z185-2026, were officially unveiled. This milestone signifies China's establishment of its inaugural interconnection standard system, encompassing the entire lifecycle of intelligent agents and laying down a unified foundational framework for cross-domain AI collaboration.

Among the seven pivotal components, the intelligent agent identity code emerges as a vital element. At the conference, the inaugural batch of these identity codes was distributed, bestowing more than 2,000 intelligent agents in key sectors with distinct, traceable 'digital IDs'. This move establishes a fundamental trust mechanism, facilitating secure and reliable interconnections. Notably, this system also stands as the world's first comprehensive interconnection standard framework specifically designed for intelligent agents.
