According to the Tianyancha App, DeepSeek's affiliated entity, Hangzhou Deepseek AI, was established in July 2023. Pei Tian serves as its legal representative, and the company's operations span engineering and technology research, software development, and the creation of artificial intelligence application software. The company is co-owned by Liang Wenfeng and Ningbo Cheng'en Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership, among other stakeholders. Change records indicate that the company has successfully completed two capital increases this year, with its registered capital surging from 10 million RMB to approximately 16.45 million RMB.
