Consequently, communication networks are evolving towards "greater capacity, lower latency, and higher reliability," propelling the demand for optical fiber and cable into a phase of swift expansion. With optical fiber prices on the rise and enhanced investment returns, firms along the industrial chain are expanding their production capacities for optical fiber preforms and specialized optical fibers. Additionally, some companies are venturing into this sector from diverse industries.
