Dark Side of the Moon has notified investors of its plan to go public in Hong Kong within the next six months and is currently distributing shareholder resolution documents to seek support. The company is currently undergoing a round of financing, after which its valuation may exceed $30 billion. Its annual recurring revenue reached $300 million in June, and the company believes that now is an opportune time for listing. Previously, Dark Side of the Moon dismantled its red-chip structure, clearing obstacles for its Hong Kong IPO.
