QoderWork, a desktop AI assistant tool launched by Alibaba in January 2026, empowers users to operate local applications and files through natural language commands. It has successfully deployed expert suites across various domains and seamlessly integrated with leading IM platforms. Wukong, an enterprise-grade AI-native work platform launched by Alibaba in March 2026, is directly embedded within DingTalk. It facilitates the native operation of AI Agents across thousands of DingTalk features, transforming communication into actionable tasks. MuleRun, an AI Agent product launched by Alibaba for the global market, supports parallel work among multiple Agents, task decomposition, and collaborative efforts. It has already catered to enterprises and users across 43 countries. Alibaba assured that the current product offerings of QoderWork, Wukong, and MuleRun will undergo a seamless upgrade, ensuring no disruption to user rights and interests.
