The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, in collaboration with three other departments, has jointly issued the Implementation Guidelines on Accelerating the Development of 'AI + Human Resources and Social Security' Applications. These guidelines set forth a five-year construction objective: By 2026, the aim is to establish the foundational infrastructure for applications and create 20 application scenarios along with high-quality datasets grounded in industry-specific large models. By 2027, the goal is to widely implement a range of large models and intelligent agents within the human resources and social security sector, and to investigate empowerment strategies for approximately 50 high-value application scenarios. By 2030, the vision is to attain innovative development characterized by the extensive adoption of AI across the human resources and social security sector.
