The 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), themed "Intelligent Partners, Creating the Future Together," is slated to take place in Shanghai from July 17 to 20. This conference will spotlight cutting-edge AI topics and delve into emerging industry trends, particularly focusing on issues such as world models and open-source agents. According to reports, Huawei's Atlas 950, the industry's largest super node real machine, will make its grand debut at this event. Currently, this product stands as the largest commercial super node in the industry, boasting 64 cards per cabinet and the capability to connect up to 8,192 NPU cards. It is meticulously designed for the training and inference of large models with trillions of parameters.

In terms of performance, the Atlas 950 super node significantly outperforms major industry products, such as Nvidia's NVL144 and the NVL576 slated for release in 2027, in terms of computing card scale, total computing power, memory capacity, and interconnection bandwidth. This real machine demonstration will send a resounding signal to the market, indicating that Huawei's large-scale computing power clusters are now ready for mature deployment. This development is expected to bolster market confidence.

Additionally, domestic super nodes are rapidly advancing towards large-scale commercialization, with multiple vendors launching super node products boasting unique features. According to estimates by Huatai Securities, the market size for domestic super nodes is projected to reach RMB 341.4 billion by 2028. At the application level, DeepSeek V4 has been seamlessly integrated with domestic computing power, such as Ascend, indirectly verifying that domestic computing power will be deeply compatible with models and is primed for large-scale application.
