On July 8, Ant Group and Bohe Health unveiled a strategic investment partnership. Through this move, Ant Group has acquired a stake exceeding 28% in Bohe Health, thus becoming its largest external shareholder. Meanwhile, Ma Haihua, the founder of Bohe Health, continues to hold the position of the largest shareholder. The two entities will join forces to construct professional-grade AI-driven health services, with a focus on scenarios such as weight management. Presently, the initial feature, "Snap Food to Measure Calories," has already been rolled out on the Ant Afu App, offering users more professional dietary advice. Bohe Health has been deeply entrenched in the health management sector for nearly two decades, having served a cumulative total of 200 million users. Ant Afu, recognized as one of the largest AI health applications in the nation, boasts a user base surpassing 100 million. Moving forward, the two parties are set to further explore areas such as scientific weight loss and food e-commerce.
