At a recent press conference, an official from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology highlighted the thriving state of China's artificial intelligence (AI) sector. He pointed out that the integration of 'AI + manufacturing' is deepening, and the industrial ecosystem is undergoing continuous refinement. Projections indicate that by 2025, the scale of China's core AI industries will exceed RMB 1.2 trillion, driven by rapid advancements in technologies such as large-scale AI models, intelligent agents, and AI chips. Notably, this year alone, the annual production of complete humanoid robots is expected to surpass 100,000 units. Presently, China has established nearly 200 pivotal standards in the AI domain, with companies enthusiastically embracing open-source models. The number of downloads for large AI models ranks first worldwide, and open-source platforms like AtomGit have amassed a user base exceeding 11 million.
