The recent clash between the U.S. government and Anthropic has heightened longstanding concerns in the artificial intelligence industry: the White House is focusing on the high dependence of U.S. AI companies on foreign technical talent. Currently, the Trump administration is only targeting Anthropic with regulatory measures.
