The Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) has issued new regulations, stating that artificial intelligence large model companies are eligible to apply for listing under the fifth set of listing standards for the STAR Market. The requirements specify that issuers must hold a significant position and rank among the top in the field, occupy an important position in the industrial chain, demonstrate a leading and exemplary role, and enjoy high market recognition. Their businesses or products should target clearly defined and high-demand markets, possess competitive advantages in research and development progress and key indicators, and operate in markets with vast potential and strong growth prospects. Additionally, issuers must formulate a clear commercialization plan and ensure there are no significant adverse factors affecting their ability to sustain operations.
