According to two unnamed individuals who attended an investor presentation, SpaceX executives stated that the company plans to initiate a preliminary demonstration of space-based AI infrastructure by the end of 2027. During the presentation, SpaceX outlined a roadmap for showcasing orbital computing capabilities in 2027, with President Gwynne Shotwell and Chief Financial Officer Bret Johnsen both in attendance. SpaceX did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
