On June 9, Google DeepMind announced the launch of a three-month robot accelerator program targeting early-stage robotics startups in Europe. This week, the inaugural cohort commenced their program in London. Selected startups will receive mentorship from technical experts at Google DeepMind, gain access to the Gemini robotics model, and benefit from support across Google's AI technology stack. The first cohort of 16 startups spans diverse sectors including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, marine exploration, and neurosurgery.
