Since its listing in March 2025, the share price of AI data center operator CoreWeave has doubled, with company executives cashing out over $2.3 billion in total through 10b5-1 pre-arranged trading plans. The three co-founders, Michael Intrator, Brannin McBee, and Brian Venturo, were the primary sellers. Chief Strategy Officer Venturo has cashed out over $1.1 billion since the end of the lock-up period in August, making him the second-highest seller by insider sales volume this year. Intrator remains the company's largest shareholder, holding a 10.4% stake and ranking seventh in terms of sales volume.
