Samsung Electronics announced on Tuesday that it will fully integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into its operations to revolutionize workflows and corporate culture, aiming to take a leading position in the AI era and capture new growth opportunities. According to the plan, the CEOs of each subsidiary will directly lead management innovation by applying AI to eight core business functions. As a first step, Samsung will launch external generative AI services, such as Gemini and ChatGPT, across all subsidiaries this month. Samsung plans to use AI as a key driver for enhancing operational efficiency and driving management innovation, and will develop detailed operational guidelines and deploy advanced security systems to support this initiative.
