On June 3, 2026, the QianWen APP announced its full opening to third-party Agents and Skills, allowing enterprises to operate branded Agents within QianWen, customize personas and service boundaries, and provide product services through conversational interfaces. Currently, the first batch of enterprises, including Luckin Coffee, KFC, Mixue Ice Cream & Tea, and China Eastern Airlines, are undergoing testing and will be launched sequentially. Agents possess memory and proactive planning capabilities, enabling them to actively provide services such as itinerary reminders and repurchase recommendations.
