This year, Hebei Province is placing a strong emphasis on project construction as its cornerstone, prioritizing cluster development, and harnessing industrial innovation as a key driving force. These efforts are aimed at deeply advancing the 'Artificial Intelligence + Manufacturing' special initiative, thereby fostering high-quality growth across industries such as integrated circuits, new display technologies, modern communications, software, and big data. Major projects are being viewed as the 'ballast stones' for ensuring stable economic growth and as the 'powerful engines' propelling high-quality development forward.

According to Sun Ruisheng, Director of the Electronic Information Industry Division at the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Hebei is set to push forward with 68 electronic information projects this year, each valued at over 100 million yuan. This portfolio includes 22 new projects and 46 ongoing ones, with a special focus on 10 projects that involve localization substitution, strengthening and supplementing industrial chains, and achieving significant market share.
