In the latter half of 2025, Enbotek Robotics secured an absolute controlling interest in Swancor Holding through a hybrid approach of "agreement transfer and a partial tender offer." By 2026, Swancor Holding had successfully completed its industrial and commercial registration amendments. At this juncture, Zhihui Peng (also referred to as Zhihui Jun), the co-founder, president, and chief technology officer of Enbotek Robotics, was officially named Chairman of the Board, while Tian Hua took on the responsibilities of legal representative and CEO. Following the acquisition by the Enbotek team, a strategic vision of "dual-wheel drive, focusing on green new materials and embodied intelligence" was formulated. Under this strategic framework, its subsidiary, Swancor Qiyuan, unveiled the world's inaugural small-sized, full-body force-controlled humanoid robot, Q1. However, it's worth noting that the consumer-grade robotics sector is still in its nascent stages of development. As a frontrunner in the realm of high-end specialty resins, Swancor Holding's material systems exhibit a high degree of compatibility with Enbotek Robotics' research and development requirements. This synergy positions Swancor Holding to spearhead swift product innovation and facilitate scenario-based implementations.
