The China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) Terminal Laboratory has begun soliciting participants for the first batch of evaluations for 'Artificial Intelligence Marketing and Customer Service Platform Capabilities.' Currently, AI marketing and customer service platforms are evolving towards comprehensive development, with their capabilities, business processes, manual review processes, and security assurance mechanisms drawing significant attention from enterprises. This evaluation will focus on requirements related to platform capability development, particularly in areas such as technical architecture and service processes. Solicitation is now open to intelligent customer service platforms and industry application units that have already built relevant platforms.
