Microsoft has quietly launched a new initiative called the 'Windows Insider Panel,' inviting a select group of active Windows Preview users to participate in user experience (UX) research with the Windows and Devices Experience team. This move aims to directly gather feedback from frontline users on the Windows 11 interface and interaction design, helping to address criticisms of its 'cluttered and inconsistent' issues. Invited users will fill out questionnaires via the User Interviews platform, covering information such as device usage, task types, build versions, and feedback channels, replacing the indirect path of the traditional Feedback Hub.
