Based on the 'Maimai 2026 Spring Recruitment Workplace Insights Report', the recruitment market witnessed a robust recovery from January to April 2026. Specifically, there was a notable 22.6% year-on-year surge in new job listings within the new economy sector. Notably, the AI field saw an extraordinary 8.7-fold increase in job postings, whereas the embodied AI sector experienced an even more dramatic rise, with job listings soaring by 15 times. In terms of geographical distribution, the penetration rates of new AI job postings in Beijing and Hangzhou reached 30.17% and 28.54%, respectively. This indicates that roughly 3 out of every 10 new job postings in these cities were related to AI.
