OpenAI has launched a beta version of a self-serve advertising management tool, making it easier for U.S. advertisers to purchase ads on ChatGPT. Brands can also procure advertisements through new ad technology partners Pacvue, Kargo, and StackAdapt. The president of Pacvue stated that conversational AI represents a significant new channel, and brands need to leverage automation, control, and cross-channel attribution to drive performance growth.
