As per the report, China’s data resources are playing a pivotal role in fueling the innovative strides in artificial intelligence. Tokens, which represent the most granular unit of data processed by large AI models, have witnessed a remarkable escalation in their daily average invocation volume within China. This volume soared from over 1 trillion at the onset of 2025 to a staggering 100 trillion by the year’s end, culminating in a cumulative annual invocation volume of approximately 211 quadrillion, thereby underscoring an exponential growth trajectory.
