On April 28, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) released the 'PanShi 100' model system, which will drive the transition of AI-driven scientific research from isolated exploration to platform-based innovation, providing intelligent support for cutting-edge scientific research across various fields. Based on the 'PanShi·Scientific Foundational Large Model,' 'PanShi 100' integrates specialized models for different professional disciplines and develops segmented application models and intelligent tools tailored to specific research scenarios, forming a comprehensive and highly collaborative intelligent research service platform. Currently, the system has been applied in over 50 research institutions under the CAS, serving multiple fields such as astronomical observation, Qinghai-Tibet Plateau scientific expeditions, marine forecasting, and ecological research.
