This robotic marvel has proven capable of holding its own against top-tier human table tennis athletes, securing numerous victories in the process. The findings from this groundbreaking research were published in the esteemed journal Nature on April 22.
From a hardware perspective, Ace is a technological tour de force, boasting nine synchronized cameras and three sophisticated visual systems. These features empower the robot to swiftly capture and track spinning table tennis balls with remarkable precision, enabling rapid data processing and real-time response.
